Organisational Whisperer

Changing attitude and habits of people in organizations can best be done by giving the example. However, often we create confusion because our intentions, what we say and our own attitude and behaviour are not in line. We can spot it with other people, but it is hard self reflected.
The royal road to changing mental models lies in attitudes.

Welcome To OrganisationWhisperer.html

Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow?
And did you know
Your stairway lies on the whispering wind?

(Led Zeppelin, Stairway to Heaven)

You know, you might mentally know what you want, what your intentions are. But as soon as your attitude or behaviour conflicts with what you're intending, people subconsciously become confused. And because you're the leader, people have a hard time telling you this truly. Their options: silence resistance or shouting, resisting, running all over the place. Everybody wants to make the right choices. And we can. But you only cannot order change.

My name is Jan Lelie. I've faciltated organisational change for over 25 years. Everything changes. Everybody needs change, wants to have more balance, more self esteem, more self control. I support change agents in organisations to better implement change.

Most people seem to think that change comes from the inside. That there has to be a will, reasons, a need for change. People must be converted to change. Most people seem to ignore the environment. Yet, you can change the environment easily, by changing your position, your posture, your attitude, your tone of voice. Just align yourself to the intended change. And change happens.

What we provide?

Here and now change. I facilitate change by providing other relations, different behaviour and attitude to you. I believe, no, I know, that every change starts with you, the ways you perceive problems, the ways you listen, talk and act. I provide small changes in your attitude. You can call it coaching, counselling, training, facilitating, what ever. The crucial thing is: I provide it in-line, on the spot, in the here and now.
